Added a new event for the Innersource & AI community call scheduled for October 20, 2026.
Every other file in content/en/events/ has a .md extension; this one was missing it and would not have been picked up as a content page.

Fixed two issues so this renders correctly: the file needed a .md extension, and the title needed quoting since it contains a colon (breaks YAML front matter unquoted). Verified locally with a full hugo build and confirmed the event card renders correctly on the Community Calls page.
