When a multi-extent continuation is missing or has a different identifier, the extent scan stops but iso9660_open() currently returns the collected prefix as a valid file. Reject the file if the final collected record still has the multi-extent flag set, and release the partially created handle and any owned directory buffer.

Validation: an exact-source harness reproduces both missing and mismatched continuation records. Both fail before this change and pass afterward; valid single-extent and two-extent controls pass in both versions. All four cases also pass with ASan and UBSan. ./bootstrap, ./configure --enable-werror --enable-all, and make all pass across the configured targets.

Fixes #665.
