Issue with the feature CTRL + Click element to add the element to selected element and the shortcut CTRL + I to inspect selected element

The problem is when the inspector window pops the command with CTRL considered pushed down, the click on another element continues to add to the current selection when we don't push CTRL.

To fix this as user push down and up one time the CTRL Key
