Overview
Bumps the generated phenoml SDK from 17.0.0 to 17.0.1 (Fern CLI/generator refresh, lockfile updates, and replay metadata).

Lang2FHIR and batch pick up API/doc alignment: optional primary_patient on multi/create and document flows (with patient_reference kept as a deprecated alias), broader resource enums, document upload support described for RTF/XML-C-CDA, and batch upload docs for the new fields and file types. Reference docs also expand OMOP FHIR→CDM behavior and batch job limits (no cap on concurrent jobs).

Implementation guides add create_version and get_version clients; delete semantics are documented as removing name-level metadata and exact package versions.

HTTP client behavior improves long-lived connections via TCP keepalive socket options, sends truly bodyless requests on optional-body endpoints (drops Content-Type when empty), and skips empty SSE data frames in agent chat streaming. PhenomlClient/AsyncPhenomlClient accept a static token string or callable, and instance_url no longer overwrites an explicit base_url.

Minor fixes include exposing HttpResponse.response, correcting the async chat stream usage example, and relaxing httpx-aiohttp to ^0.1.8 in pyproject.toml.
