use local media in grid view

Hello,

we have a Wikibase with LocalMedia integrated which works very well.
Now we would like to produce a grid view, which seems to expect Wikimedia Commons as a source.

Is there a bugfix or did we make a mistake?

The images are not shown because the Wikibase Query UI only recognizes Commons Media files. We have a patch up at https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/wikidata/query/gui/+/630871 and if I remember correctly @despens somehow made things work for Rhizome. He also commissioned this extension and likely is more up to speed with the current status of the Query Service UI issue than me.
