Summary
Point questions, analysis help, feature ideas and implementation proposals to the shared PyAutoLabs Discussions hub. Keep reproducer-backed bug reports on issues, preserve collaborator Slack details, and add a bug-report template.

Exact policy paragraph checked across all seven READMEs; existing support documentation updated. YAML/front matter and required template fields validated; git diff --check passed. Scientific suites and notebook regeneration are not applicable: no runtime code, scripts, notebooks or library APIs changed.
Independent review: CLEAN across all eleven repositories; reviewer independently ran 51 community/board tests. Heart: STALE, with "required workflows unverified (workflow list unreadable): HowToLens" and "release validation incomplete: no rehearsal for current source"; no red or yellow reasons. This is a development PR, not a release.
