The README update workflow stops because spring-projects/spring-authorization-server is archived.

Fix

Replace the retired entry with the maintained spring-projects/spring-security repository. Spring Authorization Server moved into Spring Security 7.0, including its OAuth 2.1 and OpenID Connect authorization server support.
