Verification

• pnpm install --frozen-lockfile succeeded
• Local pnpm run lint (--max-warnings=0), pnpm run build (typecheck + svelte-check + esbuild), pnpm run test: 19 files / 359 tests passed
• GitHub CI green: Build + Lint, Test, CodeQL, Dependency Review, PR Title
• pnpm audit --prod: 0 findings. Remaining high is pre-existing js-yaml@4.3.1 via eslint → @eslint/eslintrc (GHSA-2883-xcg3-v3hh wants >=4.3.2); this PR does not touch that chain.
