Skip the spec immutability check in CloudscaleMachineTemplate when the topology controller performs an SSA dry-run with the topology.cluster.x-k8s.io/dry-run annotation. CAPI needs this preview to compute template diffs and trigger rolling updates across all ClusterClass-managed templates. Fixes #69
