The Alpine workflow fails in the
jirutka/setup-alpine@v1step, before building anything (also onmain):setup-alpine v1 bootstraps the chroot with
apk.staticv2.14.10, whilelatest-stable(andedge) now ship apk-tools 3. This pins all architectures, including riscv64 (previouslyedge), to v3.22, the last release with apk v2.
