Confirm before exporting with the original media, when there are cuts to explain #610

Description

@maboa

When someone exports with Entire media and the transcript carries strikes or gap-skips, nothing tells them what they are about to get: the original AV file, untouched, with every struck word still audible in it.

Proposal: a confirmation step before that export, saying plainly that no cuts are made to the audio or video, and that the exported text reflects the transcript and caption editor as they stand. Offer the alternative — Edited media, where cuts are applied and the media is genuinely re-rendered.

Only when there is something to warn about. If the transcript has no strikes and no skipped silences, the two options produce the same media and a confirmation is pure friction — the kind people learn to dismiss unread, which costs the warning its value in the case that matters. The modal already knows this: export-edit-summary says (no strikeouts or skipped silences) when there is nothing to apply.

Depends on #605. The exported text and the chosen media currently disagree, so a confirmation written today would describe a defect rather than a design. Fix the behaviour first, then say what it does.

Complements #608, which covers the always-visible labelling. This is the interruption for the case where getting it wrong means handing someone speech you meant to remove.
