Why
Distribute the full nixmodules bundle as an OCI image instead of a shared disk.
What changed
bundle-oci: one native EROFS layer with the full closure, module metadata, existing paths, and UID/GID 11000.bundle-oci.copyTofor digest-preserving publication.Test plan
Passed: formatting, fixture contents/ownership, provenance, local OCI copy, and containerd 2.3 unpack/mount tests.
Normal flake checks did not finish fetching historical inputs. Full production bundle, registry publication, containerd 2.1, and DAX were not tested.
Rollout
Build output only; no publication or pool activation. Consumers need native EROFS support. Safe to revert.
